Richard Neale

Chief Product Officer

Richard Neale is the Chief Product Officer at Green Street, As a member of the executive team he leads product strategy and innovation across the firm’s real asset intelligence, analytics and workflow solutions, drawing on more than 25 years building and scaling data, technology and analytics businesses. 

Richard holds extensive experience leading organizations in both public and private settings across a number of industry sectors, including financial services, healthcare and life sciences, real estate, energy, and technology. 

Prior to joining Green Street, he spent six years at S&P Global, most recently as Global Head of Industry & Company Data Solutions in the Market Intelligence division, supporting clients across investment banking, investment management, corporates, and government. Earlier, as VP, Global Head of Life Sciences at Clarivate Analytics, he led the scaling efforts which resulted in a successful public offering in 2019. 

Richard holds a BSc MChem in Medicinal Chemistry, Drug Design and Toxicology.
